2 hobbit clients reporting with same host name

I found an alert status flapping for one hostname. After some
investigation found a green status was coming from hostA/1.1.1.1 and 2
minutes later a yellow status from hostA/2.2.2.2. Can a test be done
that if a reporting client's IP address doesn't match the IP address in
the bb-hosts file then alert/discard the status of the
incorrect/duplicate hostA?

in your qa env for Hobbit, you can perform such test on your own.
'bb' cmd allows you to send artificial status message to the Hobbit server.
(see Example section of the man page below)
