What's the DOWNTIME setting for that host ?

It's the only way it can go blue if you are not disabling it.

Of course you are right, but why is it going green? There was a DOWNTIME.

Of course you are right, but why is it going green? There was a DOWNTIME.
The DOWNTIME setting only kicks in when there actually is an error
(ie. it goes non-green).
