bug in enadis a group of systems, one of which is already disabled?

We just noticed something strange with enadis.

Say we have a system whose procs alert is already disabled.  If that system is selected along with others and ALL tests are disabled, only the system previously disabled has ALL tests disabled.  The rest do not get disabled.  Anyone notice this?

RC2 has a bug in the disable function that causes some strange
behaviour, and I think this is one of them.

The patch seems to have done the trick.
