I suspect you are using the acknowledgment function that's on the test page.
That only ack's the test on the critical system page. Use the acknowledgment
function in the pull down menu to ack the alert everywhere. I think Henrik
envisions a two stage alerting process, the people in the NOC ack the alert
using the ack function on the test page after they have notified an admin,
the admin is then supposed to ack the alert using the menu function when he
starts working on the problem.
