System logs at (null) : No log data available

Hey all, Been getting this since I did an bb->hobbit conversion on Thurs. I even upgraded to the 4.1.2 snapshot and it didn't fix it. The msgs file for my hobbit server (which still runs the bb client, not the hobbit) alternates between clear and green every few minutes. There's no error/downtime, so it's not troubling but it's destroying my "All non-green" page. It will go green, then two minutes later it goes clear with this message: " System logs at (null) : No log data available The client did not report any logfile data" Then a couple minutes later it goes green again. Here is a snapshot of some of the entries on the "all non-green page": "Tue Sep 20 14:15:36 2005 clear 0:00:48 Tue Sep 20 14:13:19 2005 green 0:02:17 Tue Sep 20 14:10:35 2005 clear 0:02:44 Tue Sep 20 14:08:19 2005 green 0:02:16 Tue Sep 20 14:05:35 2005 clear 0:02:44 Tue Sep 20 14:03:19 2005 green 0:02:16 Tue Sep 20 14:00:35 2005 clear 0:02:44 Tue Sep 20 13:58:19 2005 green 0:02:16 Tue Sep 20 13:55:34 2005 clear 0:02:45 Tue Sep 20 13:53:19 2005 green 0:02:15 Tue Sep 20 13:50:31 2005 clear 0:02:48 Tue Sep 20 13:48:19 2005 green 0:02:12 Tue Sep 20 13:45:30 2005 clear 0:02:49" Anyone have any advice? Thanks! Dan

I bet you have a hobbit client running, it installs automatically with the server. Check your hobbitlaunch.cfg file for the the hobbit client entry and disable it. Thanks, Larry Barber

That was it. You're the man Larry! I guess it was in the cfg file, but who reads those things:) ... # "hobbitclient" runs the Hobbit client. The client is installed automatically # when you install a Hobbit server (presumably, you do want to monitor the # Hobbit server ?), but there's no need to have two hobbitlaunch instances # running at the same time. So we'll just run it from here. # Note: If you are using another client package, you should disable this one. ... Thanks! Dan
