Check Process threshold

Hi All

I am looking for a way to check the threshold of a process and kill it
if it reaches that. The threshold could be based on CPU percentage or
Memory used by that process. Ofcourse I can cookup one unless there is one
available as part of hobbit or bb extension scripts.

I think there was one on deadcat that would do that. I can't remember its
name, but searching on Unix + process ought to find it.
