Missing Legends on graphs

I recently move my hobbit server from one server to another. Now my graphs
have no legends on them. Any thoughts.

I should also note that I'm using rrdtool 1.2.23

Could it be that the fonts that were used on the first machine aren't 
installed on the second?  Just a guess.
