I was looking over the documentation and I had a quick question.

The version of Xymon I'm using still uses the old file names from BB. Does the "Upgrading from Big Brother to Xymon" document apply to the version of Xymon I'm using? Any differences I should be aware of?

Thanks,
Dan

Does the “Upgrading from Big Brother to Xymon” document apply to the
version of Xymon I’m using? Any differences I should be aware of?
See the "docs/upgrade-to-430.txt" file in the Xymon 4.3.x release. That
covers upgrading from Hobbit or Xymon prior to 4.3.0, including the
filename changes.

I don't know - running "make will even tell you to read that file :-))

<<< snip >>>
Build complete.

#####################################################################
IMPORTANT: If upgrading from 4.2.x, see the docs/upgrade-to-430.txt
file for instructions. You must run build/upgrade430.sh
           before installing the new version.
#####################################################################

Now run 'make install' as root

Henrik

Well my lack of awareness isn't due to any slight on your part, that's for sure.

Thanks for your hard work.
