proc test fails

Good day
On one of my very busy severs (Centos7, tomcat8.5) the proc test fails
I noticed that on the SERVICES=procs page for the server only about 4 line are shown from the ps output.
The problem only happens when the server is busy.
I added more ram to the server but the result is the same.
Memory usage on server is ok (Reported by xymon):
Used Total Percentage
Real/Physical 18464M 24070M 70%
Actual 9041M 7999M 37%
Swap/Page 39M 7999M 0%
The xymon client was installed from the Terabithia repo
xymon-client-4.3.28-1.el7.x86_64
What do I need to change in my configs to remedy the problem please.
Kind regards

You are probably also getting a yellow for xymond on your xymon server. The data coming from that server is getting truncated. You need to increase the size of your message buffer.

Take a look at the client data. The very last few lines should like this:
[clock]
epoch: 1557407707.455481
local: 2019-05-09 09:15:07 EDT
UTC: 2019-05-09 13:15:07 UTC
If not, then the report is being chopped off because it's too big. There
are a couple of setting in the xymonserver.cfg file:
MAXMSG_STATUS The maximum size of a "status" message in kB, default: 256.
Status messages are the ones that end up as columns on the web display. The
default size should be adequate in most cases, but some extension scripts
can generate very large status messages - close to 1024 kB. You should only
change this if you see messages in the xymond log file about status
messages being truncated.
MAXMSG_CLIENT The maximum size of a "client" message in kB, default: 512.
"client" messages are generated by the Xymon client, and often include
large process-listings. You should only change this if you see messages in
the xymond log file about client messages being truncated.
