Is it possible to have a second msgs column? I need to monitor a series
of log files unrelated to standard system messages and would like to
place it under its own column.

Hi
you culd try to put another monitor like check-log monitor (in the
client ext part) it is easy to configure.
I did it and have msg and msg2 (the check_log monitor).
I,ve been working on it , and had problems with msg , so I decided to
put the other monitor.
but now am working i other things and dont have time enough, to
improve the msg test.
hope I,ve help you.
good luck!
