Hi,
we are using hobbit to monitor a couple of servers. We get serveral
alarms per day (which is basically okay), but we have to create text
based extensive reports about all (well, most) errors. These reports
should contain: the system where the error occured, when it started and
ended and, finally, a more descriptive text about the problem and how it
was resolved.
"Event log Report" fulfils first three demands, but it's a HTML page and
I would prefer text/plain or something scructured like XML. What I
really miss is the possibility to add custom notes about details of each
event, how I solved it and to add it to report. Is this possible with
hobbit? If not is there some kind of extension or plugin? Where can I
get this?
