I was wondering if the latest snapshot is stable enough for install. We have a few servers that been flapping for a few hours now. Would love to test the flap resistant notice.

Does hobbit log or display info that suggests a system is flapping, in
addition to putting the flapping system into the worst of the two states
it's bouncing between?

Yes, this is logged in to hobbitd.log file, as well as being prominently
displayed on the status view.

It's been flapping from OK to Warn (Unexpected service response) It has stopped now. It was just a large number of spam bots hitting our server getting tar pitted.
