problem testing https 🔗 link

The error message is

error:02001002:system library:fopen:No such file or directory

i try to add

 LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH
         export LD_LIBRARY_PATH
in hobbitlaunch, but the test always fail.

I use the last hobbit version on Red Hat Enterprise Linux ES release 3
(Taroon Update 3)
