This is either a feature request or I need some help setting it up.

I am looking to figure out how to setup escalation notification within
hobbit. What I mean by this is:

1. When a service goes into alarm state it pages someone (easily done in
hobbit)
2. If it is not acknowledged in XX minutes, alert the next person on call
3.  continue until its acknowledged.

Anyone, know how to accomplish this?

I did something like this. I think it will do what you're asking.

HOST=Test_Server SERVICE=conn
        MAIL user-1df3ef8d15e4@xymon.invalid
        MAIL user-adb68a809dd4@xymon.invalid DURATION>20M
        MAIL user-228e5922e3ea@xymon.invalid DURATION>40M
