Is possible to graph total number of procs besides usinf a custom script.

Yes, use the TRACK=id parameter.  Check the manpage on 
hobbit-clients.cfg for more info.

I think you would need PROC=%* to get them all. Right?

For a system total, you don't have to do anything at all.  Check the 
trends column for a graph called Users and Processes.
