Reload of analysis.cfg

Hopefully simple question.  When are changes to the analysis.cfg picked
up?  Basically, how long after I update the file before subsequent tests to
be evaluated with the changes?

You should see results of your edits within 5-10 minutes.? It gets checked every cycle.? If you're not seeing results of your edits, perhaps supply an example and we can see if it's a syntax issue.

Look at the time stamp in the top right corner of the test's page
specifically.  That was when it was worked.  If your edit was before that
page, it would have been read/executed.
