Hi,

Just been asked by an architect whether it is valid to say that Xymon is
aligned with ITIL operations? Has anyone else been asked anything
similar? I dont know enough about ITIL to even begin to know how to answer
this, can anyone help?
Thanks

I would say no. You could make it be but not out of the box. Itil is about change and incident management and processes. So you could use xymon to monitor changes and notify you about outages that could become incidents.
