Removing user from alerts

Good morning One of our exemployees that left the company keeps on receiving sms alerts from xymon, I already removed all traces of his number / email address from the alerts configs but he still received sms's. Where can look why alerts are still being sent to this user? Is one of the email addresses that receives alerts from xymon a group or is it forwarded to multiple people? Sent from my iPhone
