Would like to tell me how to let Hobbit CGI program to display service history ?

  Hobbit is a good tool software for monitoring servers, applications and
networks, very much!
  This is no service history  in our service!
  Would like to tell me how to let CGI program to display service history ?

For me, it's usually a permissions issue.  Try 

chmod o+r /var/lib/hobbit/hist/*
chmod -R o+Xr /var/lib/hobbit/histlogs/

I think my problem is my default umask, but I've never had the time or
inclination to track it down....
