[FOUND_PHI_RECORD]grep error in alert script 🔗 link

In putting together an alert script, a fairly simple grep command is used, which on occasion has given the following error.

/bin/grep: (standard input): Resource temporarily unavailable

Seems like this is at least partially related to several alerts coming at the same time.

Has anyone seen this error before, and figured out a way to address?
