I checked 4.3.0 src tree, hobbit-holidays.cfg is inside
hobbitd/etcfiles directory.
Not sure why Henrik didn't add HOLIDAYFORMAT into hobbitserver.cfg.DIST file.
Maybe this is considered an optional feature ?
Do you think holiday should be enabled by default for 4.3.0 ?
