Downtime question

Can you do anything with downtime to do the first Saturday of the month
or anything like that? The docs appear to say that you can't.

We have a couple servers that have monthly maint windows like that.
Currently we use a cron job to "disable" the tests during the window,
but I'd love to use downtime instead.
