Weird BBCmd Issue

I am having this weird issue with bbcmd and environment variable not
staying loaded on certain machines. I have a total of 90 centos boxes
and 8 of them are starting to turn purple after four test cycles, I  run
bbcmd bash and it works fine, but after awhile it causes my external
script to error out. Any idea what may be causing this ?
