I've made my packages of hobbit (with devmon and bbwin patches) and devmon (and I think all the dependencies) available here:
http://staff.telkomsa.net/packages/rhel4/hobbit/
I haven't really tested them standalone (as we usually install from our much bigger internal repo), and I haven't checked the package signatures etc. yet ...
