it depends on your setup. More common setup (and the default) is to edit
hobbit-client.cfg alone, if your client reports to the server (tcp/1984).
For log filters, you need to add the log file path/name into
client-local.cfg as well as test rules in hobbit-client.cfg, both on the
server.
