There was some talk about a "recent alerts" page like the bbnk page,
but with the extra info about alerts that had been sent out and with
the possibility of ack'ing those. It hasn't been implemented yet.
It would basically be a button you click that does a tail of the
notifications.log so you can see who was actually emailed about something.
If not, I can probably create it but I thought I'd ask first.
That should be fairly easy to do with a custom CGI script.
