help setting up hobbit

I just migrated my BB install to hobbit. Notcing one huge problem. On safari and firefox whenever I click any of the links that use any of the cgi's its trying to download that shell script instead of executing it. In my httpd.conf I have the dir
that has the hobbit-cgi stuff marked as ExecCGI. I'm stumped.
