Of course, I have actually used that before, I just forgot about it.

I wanted to simply count all my connections to see if I am reaching the kernel defined maximum overnight.
Don't think this will for me.

I have coded a quick script and graph to keep tabs on this.

Define the portcheck you want in hobbit-clients.cfg, like
   PORT state=ESTABLISHED min=0 TRACK=OpenPorts

The important thing is the "TRACK" definition.
