Hi,
email2SMS gateways are less reliable IMHO. I used to use a SMS-Modem in my
former company until last summer. I will check for the brand in the archives
tonight and post the details.

Could you use an email-to-SMS gateway, instead (i.e. the SMS email address
of the device you wish to notify)?
