Every morning around 3:45 something happens on hobbit or our network that causes many very brief connection and http checks to fail. We haven't figured out why yet. So, to keep people from being paged needlessly, I tried to put time-limited badconn and badhttp checks in default line (ie. badhttp-*-0340-0400:1:2:3). But it doesn't seem to be working. Do I need to do that for every entry?
