Question on UNMATCHED tag

What's the syntax to do a global 'unmatched' tag at the end of the
hobbit-alerts.cfg file?

(or -- is this reasonable?)

HOST=%(.*)
	MAIL kauffmant at localhost UNMATCHED TIME=W:0730:1600 DURATION>5m
REPEAT=2h
