Where can I get the latest WinPSClient?

Hi

It looks like Sourceforge is experiencing problems and has been for the past 11 hours. I get the following error:

The sourceforge.net website is temporarily in static offline mode.
Only a very limited set of project pages are available until the main website returns to service.

Can someone point me to the latest version of the WinPSClient?
