I think that may have been "bbtray". Sits in the tray on a Windows desktop
and watches a specific url to see if it changes color.

I was wondering if there's any way to configure xymon to play a little
notification sound when a test goes red, if possible I'd like to configure
something like "If this test has been consistently red for 10 minutes then
play a sound"
