Help with patching

Dear all,
 I downloaded the post-rc6.patch and tried to apply it. Got this:
 $ /home/bb/patch -p0 < /tmp/post-rc6_patch.txt                                  can't find file to patch at input line 4                                        Perhaps you used the wrong -p or --strip option?
