Can Alerts Be Configured Based on Page-->Group?

Is there a way to configure alerts based on membership in a group on a
page?  There is a page qualifier, but we would like to apply specific
rules for servers in particular groups on pages.  If not, is there a way
to apply rules to particular hosts on a page?
