How do I change the link sent out in the alerts?

Hi all,

I've been digging around the man pages to no avail to try and figure
this out, but my alerts send out this link (or similar depending on the
alert):

http://hobbit-desktop/hobbit-cgi/bb-hostsvc.sh?HOST=prisdb2&SERVICE=conn

How do I change it from "hobbit-desktop" to the IP address of the hobbit
server?
