I searched in my system for rrd librrd2-dev, but I got no results.
In /usr/share/rrdtool, I found just a font. That`s all
Any ideas?

Search for a package with rrd in the name and -dev on the end. On my ubuntu
system, this is
apt-cache search rrd | grep dev
librrd2-dev
If this is installed, the c compiler will find the rrd headers and hobbit
should compile. Idem for ssl or other support you want to enable.
