[FUUBAR.imaginenetworksllc.com]
file:/opt/bad-exi-backup

~hobbituser/server/etc/clients.cfg

HOST=FUUBAR.imaginenetworksllc.com
        PROC    smokeping 1 -1 red
        FILE /opt/bad-esxi-backup red noexist #this will make it red if
the file exists

Bunch of documentation in the config files, too. It's more typical to have
an opposite (red when a file is missing). You can also do something like
make time:

FILE    /some/whare/folder/anotherfolder/output.png red mtime<600 #red if
made more than 10 minutes ago

This is a general/first time question about NFS mounted file systems.

If I understand correctly (please correct me if I am wrong), by default
Xymon Linux client doesn't check NFS mounts.

I had a user ask to monitor a FILE which is on an NFS mounted filesystem.
However, after adding FILE to analysis.cfg on the Xymon server, it still
doesn't show up for this host (been watching for over 30-minutes and it
still says "No files checked".

So, how do I get this to work?
