Update hobbit to Xymon

Ho all,

I've a hobbit server (4.2.0) with about 100 servers. I want to update to
xymon, safely... Of course.
I've a lot of windows machines and I want to profit of the central mode.

How can I update my hobbit server ? There were some mails which talk
about, but there were no clear responses.
