I download snapshot almost every day, and check what changes there are, before I upload it to HP-UX. In the current snapshot there are no changes since 2008-04-30 (sendmessage.c and sendmessage.h) and this version doesn't compile.

I totally agree with you and I this is why I'm using a snapshot from previous weeks to test. I hope I didn't sound like I'm pressuring anyone, only meant to give a feedback :)

You know, the snapshots are not meant for "production" so you use them at your own risk. Henrik patiently welcomes all feedback, but the snapshots are "as is."

      Hi Rolf,

I've started a thread last week regarding the exact same problem and I got a few replies confirming that there is a problem with the snapshot. I didn't get an official reply though from the developper(s). However, I had grabbed a snapshot 3 weeks ago to start testing and it compiles properly so I'm currently using this older version.

        Hi,

I've grabbed the current snapshot of hobbit from http://www.hswn.dk/beta/.
It won't compile, however, since apparently the signature of the sendmessage
function has changed, but none of the calls to sendmessage have been
adjusted. Does anybody have a recent snapshot that works (or at least
compiles) or is there an ETA for a fix?

        Thanks, Rolf.
