Where can I get the latest WinPSClient?

Hi,

Can someone point me to the latest version of the WinPSClient?

It used to be @ http://svn.code.sf.net/p/xymon/code/sandbox/WinPSClient but
when I try to access it I get a forbidden message and my Google foo is
failing me.
