Need help on "Bad timespec (missing colon or wrong weekdays):" error message

My hobbit server is suffering following error message in page.log file.

1. Current error messages in page.log, not like the other problem on this list, I don't have anything after ":" character to help me debug.

page.log is for alerts. Please give your hobbit-alerts.cfg file, without this help is impossible.
