CPU polling cycle

My understanding is that the hobbit client returns a 5 minute CPU
average to the hobbit server... Is this correct? Does it send it every 5
minutes or every minute (i.e. a rolling average)?
 
Is there a way to change the interval (hobbitlaunch.cfg perhaps?) so
that the clients report 1 minute CPU averages?
