Any ideas here? I'm pretty sure I followed the directions
correctly.

all of the subpages where the hosts are supposed to appear are
blank.
I've used xxpage and xxsubpage and then defined on the host lines
XX:<subpagename>. Originally I had the xxpage/xxsubpage stuff
at the bottom of the file and noticed that doesn't work, and I
moved it to the top and now this is where I'm stuck.
Any ideas or questions?
