Changing the Test interval

if it's recovered without having to wait for the next test cycle).


This would be really nice for two cases:

1)  When a broken state is detected, it would be nice to be able to re-test
manually and confirm.  Avoid trying to fix a "blip."

2)  After something is fixed, it would be nice to re-test immediately to
confirm it really is fixed.
