How to set LFS on Solaris10 server

If I type mount this is what I see. There is a "panic" # mount
/ on /dev/dsk/c1t0d0s0
read/write/setuid/devices/intr/largefiles/logging/xattr/onerror=panic/de

 Also in the Makefile the LFSDEF is not set up # Large File Support settings

  It should already be enabled.
 man largefile
 The application has to be largefile aware.   In older Solaris version
you used to need a "largefiles" in the vfstab, however that's not the
case anymore as it's the default.  Type  "mount" and you should see it
as an option.

I've installed xymon-4.2.2 on a Sparc Solaris10 64 bit server. I would like to enable large file system.
 I wonder if I can get a link/hint that will point in the right
direction.
