I'm on 4.3.7

Greetings,

At work, I can only use the version that is available from Ubuntu's repo for my OS version which is Ubuntu 14.04.

The version that will be going into production -- for a very busy site -- is 4.3.7.

I have noticed that there are other versions available for ubuntu and I was wondering if is it worth pitching to the boss to 
use newer versions that is not on the Ubuntu's repo ist. Like the ones on this link:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/xymon/files/Xymon/4.3.11/

Any recommendations will be greatly appreciated.
