I think the BBwin
client includes a commandline utility like the "xymon" tool in the Unix
version. You can use this like the Unix tool to send a message to the
Xymon server.
Unfortunately, it won't let you send "client" messages.
But you can send a status with "client" as the colorname (instead of
'green' or 'red'), and the Xymon server will then handle it as if it
were a "client" data message.
This was in fact done for exactly the
purpose you describe - getting MQ client data from a Windows box.
