Doing that by adding some HTML to the ~hobbit/server/web/hostsvc_footer file shouldn't be too hard. If you look at the web/maint_form file
you'll find all of the form input elements that hobbit-enadis.cgi uses:
hostname, enabletest/disabletest, cause, duration, scale. You need to submit the form with a button named "go" which has the value "enable" or "disable now" to work with hobbit-enadis.cgi
