how to reach the developer mailing list?

Can somebody please point me at how to get onto the xymon-developer mailing list.

I have googled ... I see the 
Email Archive: xymon-developer (read-only)
 on sourceforge.net - but I want to suggest / discuss (and code) a feature I need.
